Clean renovated rooms near public transport.

room:. bed was large and comfortable, large room as well as the bathroom with a large shower. room was clean and functional. just like the hotel we saw. rich breakfast. continental ( scrambled eggs, nuremberg sausages, mini schnitzel, bacon, fried potatoes). There was also cereal, bread and various rolls, sausage, honeycomb, good cappuccino, water and juice .. Friendly staff.

eating in the restaurant was not possible, because the tables for breakfast were already set at about 9 pm. although there is a warm kitchen until 10 pm. guests were seated at the bar. one had to wait a little longer for the service, not enough staff at the bar, room: storage possibilities were limited. cupboard was too small if you want to stay longer. toilet paper too thin. unfortunately there was only one sliding door in the bathroom. could not be closed completely. there was a somewhat large gap between the wall and door. sporting activities for a fee. i was charged a flat rate for the sauna, although we didn't use it.

The service here was exceptional. The room was well decorated and brand-new and it faced city. All the staff were very amiable, attentive. The location was absolutely perfect and really very good, around 10-15 minutes walk from Kunsthalle Mannheim Museum.

As for me, the area was quite busy.

Gotta say, the staff were real sweet, especially that Jacqueline Heck in the breakfast room. The location's perfect, too, real close to everything. My only bone to pick is the breakfast-I reckon they could spruce it up some more with better rolls. Neat spot, though!

Take advantage of the excellent breakfast buffet. It features a wide variety of food options that cater to different tastes.

There was a drain in the shower, but it was repaired quickly.

Very nice and spacious room. Modern bathroom with pleasant colors. Extensive and sumptuous breakfast buffet (I hadn't found any salmon alone, but I found roll mops interesting) The buffet was designed in a nice and unusual way, visually appealing and pragmatically well thought out: The outside or public side (for the presentation of the pasta reflects the cozy ambience of the restaurant, the passage behind it makes it possible to do everything else in a functional manner - and yet Appetite-enhancing - to be ordered.

This hotel had no fridge in my room, how quaint, and the twin beds were pushed together instead of a proper double, just absurd! I just couldn't enjoy my stay knowing the air conditioning was practically non-existent, and i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. Absoluteley disappointing experience, i suppose some people just don't know how to treat distinguished guests like me.

The restaurant is lovely and the attentive waiters were pleased. The dishes are also very tasty and are served with delicacy. The hotel itself is close to the center. You can go for a wonderful walk.

I hate to say unpleasant words, but guests who want to visit this hotel, must be prepared to clean up badly. The sauna, which you want to visit in the evening, is visited by so many citizens, in addition to hotel guests, that there is no desire to visit it. Two nights of our stay kept wild screams and laughter from sleeping outside. There are some places nearby. And visitors come back at one or two in the morning in a very good mood. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best vacation.

My rollercoaster experience!

The spacious room was clean and equipped with modern amenities! The location was fantastic, just a quick stroll to top attractions.

The air conditioning was ineffective and caused discomfort . Parking was tight.

Offered excellent and fine breakfast!

The location was perfect and really very good, close to National Theatre Mannheim...

it had magnificent and perfect location with access to rosengarten nearby.

No issues, fulfills its purpose. Spacious rooms with convenient bedside outlets.

It was very pleasant. I really liked the bathroom.

There was hardly any air circulation in our room. However, a fan was provided which mitigated the problem of poor air circulation to a certain extent.
